As of yesterday, I have officially completed my masters degree. Meaning I am 100% DONE with university!

I plan to have a "break" year next year - ie, relief teach wherever I can, start teaching learn to swim again, and (most importantly) get back into the swing of making plushies/taking commissions. There are a couple I need to finish first, so obviously these will have priority. Next will be the people on my waiting list, if they are still interested. If you have talked to me in the past re a commission, I will likely contact you over the next couple of months. Although if you'd like to contact me, that'd certainly make things easier.

In the meantime, I am still applying for full-time work for 2016. If I find work, my plan may play out differently... but I'll keep you posted.

How's everybody been on here anyway? It's been so long since I've talked to some of you. To the watchers I've gained in my absence, hello and welcome!

I'm running super low on funds, so thought it would be a good idea to take on a couple of projects.

1. Only humanoid plushies.
   
2. I will plush anime characters, actors, music artists, OCs etc. 
   
3. Only one plush per slot.
   
4. I prefer not to do exact re-plushes of characters I have already made. This gets extremely tiring, and I tend to lose motivation while making them ...additionally, I want to try to create diversity in my gallery (changes/variations in outfit are generally okay! Just ask)
   
5. I take commissions, not requests
6. ...and I don't do trades anymore.

I plush using felt for the clothes (in some cases I use ribbon/chain/etc for bows/laces/accessories/details/whatever), a different kind of material for the body (can't think of what it's called right now haha), and I hand paint the details on the face, as well as some other details (eg the clothes). Most of the time I make the hair out of felt, however I can use faux fur to make a "wig" (as an extra). It really depends on the plush, what you would like, and what materials I can source.

NOTE: For commissions I will NOT be making items of clothing removable. If you really want this as a feature (eg for a jacket/coat), I can attempt it... but yeah >_<

NOTE: these prices DON'T INCLUDE POSTAGE. Shipping is as follows:

• Overseas (out of New Zealand) = $16USD

• Within New Zealand = $7USD

The quotes above are just a guide. Every plush is unique, and consequentially so are their individual complexities/prices. If you wish to inquire about a potential plush, feel free to ask for a quote.

1. Let me know you are interested.
2. Send me a note me with what character you would like! Make sure you include pictures of that character in the outfit you would like them to be plushified in. You could make a reference sheet, or alternatively provide links to multiple images. These images need to be from different angles (front, back, sides, etc). Bear in mind that better pictures = higher accuracy, more detail and an all around nicer end result. The more the better.
3. In the same note, let me know what facial expression (eyes and mouth) you would like the plush to have (bear in mind I don't give my plushies noses). Picture/s please!
   
4. If there are any details you would like me to pay special attention to, let me know. Don't be afraid to show/tell me about the little details! I love to make my plushies as detailed as possible.
5. I'll reply to you ASAP to give you a quote, and let you know if I can do the commission.
   
6. Next I will require payment ASAP so I can buy materials and get started. All payments must be through paypal (unless you are from new Zealand). I will send you an invoice via email (you don't need a paypal account for this). Payment is required before I get started.
7. Once I have started, I will keep you up to date with my progress (through a widget on my page which I will update as I advance). This may/may not include WIP pictures. If you're commissioning an OC and have limited references, I may draw up my own reference sheet (to check with you) so I can ensure I'll be getting it right.

I got a sewing machine as an early 21st birthday present from my Gran and Poppa, so plush commission's might be a thing again soooon...
